Return & Refund Policy

We carefully craft and check every Solvera product before it ships. Returns are accepted only in specific cases listed below.
When we accept returns
We accept returns only when the issue is on our side. This includes: wrong or missing items in your order, an order delivered in damaged packaging due to our packing, or a delivery time exceeding 45 days from the shipping confirmation. General change of mind, wrong size choice, or "I don't like it" are not covered.
Warranty on faulty products
Our warranty covers products that were used as intended and did not perform as described β for example, a defect that appears during normal use. Warranty claims require a short description and photos or a video showing the issue. The warranty does not cover returns simply because you no longer want the product.
How to file a claim
Email hello@thesolvera.store with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos or video. We review every claim individually and respond within 3 business days.
Condition of returned items
Approved returns must be sent back in their original packaging and protected for transit. For faulty items under warranty, normal signs of use are accepted β but the product must be clean.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.
